After a successful career in health information systems, pharmaceuticals and consulting decided to take a bit of a right-angle turn. I shut down my office and went to Culinary school. I participated in study tours to Europe and Singapore, culinary demonstrations and completions. I now work as a chef/line cook for the NHL's Calgary Flames. As a graduation gift to myself I purchased a 2011 Vespa GTV 300. I am an active member of the Calgary based Apocalypse Scooter Club. I rode scooter and motorcycle in my early years but retuned to riding in 2020.
